Refunds
Try it free for 14 days first. If you buy and it does not work as described, we refund you.
Try before you buy
KeepMyBubbles comes with a free 14-day review licence. You get the whole application — open your conversations, search them, check that the messages you care about are really there, see exactly how an export will look. Everything except saving the export itself.
That is deliberate. This is not software you should have to buy blind, and the review licence answers the only question that matters: is your history actually on this Mac, and does the app find it?
When we refund
If KeepMyBubbles does not work as described — it will not run, it fails to export, or it does not do what this site says it does — email support@keepmybubbles.com and we will refund you in full. There is nothing to return.
We will action it within three business days. How long the money then takes to reach you is decided by your bank and card issuer, not by us — usually five to ten business days, and up to thirty if you bought through the App Store. We would rather say that plainly than promise a date we do not control. If a refund has not appeared after that, tell us and we will chase it.
Please tell us what went wrong before asking your bank. Most reports come down to Full Disk Access not being granted, or being granted without restarting the app — see the setup guide. We would rather fix it, and if we cannot, the refund stands.
What the review licence will show you
KeepMyBubbles exports the messages that are already on your Mac. It is an archiving tool, not a recovery tool. It cannot:
- Bring back a message you deleted. Once Messages on your Mac has removed it, it is gone, and no software can retrieve it from that Mac.
- Reach messages that never synced to your Mac. Your iPhone may hold conversations your Mac has never received.
- Read anything from a phone, an iPad, an iCloud backup or another computer.
All of which the review licence lets you confirm for yourself, without paying anything. If the conversation you want is not visible during the review period, buying a licence will not change that.
Who actually issues it
Where a payment provider is shown as the seller at checkout, or where you bought through the App Store, that provider issues the refund and their process applies. We ask them to; they do it. That does not change what we have promised above — if they decline something we said we would refund, we will make it right ourselves.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits the rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, or the consumer law that applies where you live. If the software is faulty or not fit for purpose you are entitled to a remedy regardless of anything on this page, and we will honour that.
Part of the terms, which also set out what updates your licence includes. Sold by Wayflo Limited, New Zealand.
