Who you are buying from

KeepMyBubbles is published and sold by Wayflo Limited, a company registered in New Zealand under NZBN 9429053507716. Our registered office address is available on request. Contact: support@keepmybubbles.com. Where a payment provider is shown as the merchant of record at checkout, they are the seller of record for that transaction and their terms also apply to the payment itself.

Licence

A licence permits one person to use KeepMyBubbles on their own Macs, up to 3 at a time. It is a one-off purchase of NZ$39, not a subscription. The licence is perpetual — the software keeps working for as long as you want to use it — and is personal to you, so it may not be resold, shared or transferred.

Before you buy: the review licence

KeepMyBubbles includes a free 14-day review licence covering the whole application except saving an export. It is there so you can confirm your message history is present on your Mac and that the app finds it, before paying anything. When the review period ends the app asks for a licence key.

Updates

Updates are included. When we publish a new version of KeepMyBubbles, you get it — fixes, macOS compatibility and new features alike — at no further cost, for as long as we publish updates for the version you bought. There is no maintenance window and nothing to renew.

If we ever build something substantial enough to be a separate product, we will sell it as one and say so plainly. We will not quietly move features you already paid for behind a new purchase, and we will not stop fixing what you own.

How you may use it

KeepMyBubblesis for archiving message history on a Mac you own or are authorised to administer. Using it to access another person’s messages without their consent is prohibited and ends your licence without a refund. The acceptable use policy forms part of these terms and sets this out in full.

What the app does and does not guarantee

KeepMyBubbles exports what your Mac holds. Messages that have never synced to your Mac cannot be exported, and messages deleted from your Mac are gone. Exports reflect the data present on the device at the time you run them. It is an archiving tool and not a data-recovery tool, and it is sold on that basis — see refunds.

Legal proceedings

KeepMyBubbles is a tool for producing an accurate copy of your own messages. It is not legal advice, and we make no claim about whether any export satisfies the evidentiary requirements of any court or tribunal. Whether an export is admissible, and how it must be authenticated, is a matter for your lawyer and the court concerned.

Refunds

There is a free 14-day review licence so you can try KeepMyBubbles before paying. If you buy and it does not work as described, we refund you in full. The full policy is on the refunds page.

Liability

KeepMyBubbles is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data or loss of profit. Keep your own backups: do not rely on any single copy of anything that matters to you. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or equivalent consumer law where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live.
